We're seeking experienced public adjusters to assist with our existing and incoming portfolio of high-value residential and commercial property claims. Our team manages pre-signed claims - no sales or client acquisition required. Our client-first approach ensures fair claim settlements while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Required Qualifications:
Active public adjuster license(s) in good standing
Minimum 3+ years property claims experience
Proven track record of successful negotiations
Expert-level Xactimate proficiency
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Superior organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Own reliable computer equipment and internet connection
Preferred Experience:
Commercial and complex residential claims handling
Multiple state licenses
Construction or building science knowledge
Experience with large loss claims
Background in construction estimating
CAT claim handling experience
Scope of Work:
Handle assigned pre-signed property claims
Review and analyze complex property damage claims
Prepare detailed damage estimates
Policy interpretation and coverage analysis
Negotiate with insurance carriers
Document claim progress and maintain client communication
Collaborate with field adjusters and experts
Quality control reviews
Client consultations and expectations management
Vendor Requirements:
Pass comprehensive background check
Complete required cybersecurity training
Adhere to strict client confidentiality protocols
Maintain active Minnesota surety bond and public adjusting license
Carry appropriate E&O insurance coverage
Comply with quality assurance standards
Compensation & Business Structure:
Percentage-based fee from settled claims
Competitive commission rates
Payment upon claim settlement
1099 independent contractor relationship
